The mission of the United States Pony Clubs, Inc., is to provide a program for youth that teaches

riding, mounted sports, and care of the horses and ponies, thereby developing

responsibility, moral judgment, leadership and self-confidence.

MEMBERSHIP

 

2010 USPC Participating Member Form - **NOTE** originals must be submitted. PLEASE USE

   BLUE INK.

2009 Medical Release Form - **NOTE** originals need to be submitted with annual renewal & new

   membership forms. PLEASE USE BLUE INK. This form will be replaced by the 2010 Medical Card effective 

   February 1, 2010.

2010 Medical Card - ***Effective February 1, 2010 this Medical Card must be worn by all pony clubbers at all 

   pony club events where horses are present, no matter whether or not the pony clubber is participating in 

   mounted   or un-mounted activities. This Medical Card replaces the use of the 2009 Medical Release Form. 

   IMPORTANT ***If a pony clubber attends an event without having their Medical Card, they will not be 

   allowed to participate.***

2010 Medical Card Instructions - This should be helpful in filling out the necessary information on the 2010 

   Medical Card. 

2010 LOPC Membership Form - Only 1 original  needs to be submitted with renewals & new members 

   forms.

 

 

Rally information - **Please Note: rallies are listed in the order they fall on the regional calendar rather than alphabetically

 

The forms listed below will be used at most of the rallies, so it is worth taking the time to familiarize yourself with these forms in order to know the different check lists and score sheets that will be used by the Horse Management Judges.

Unrated and D1 - 2007 USDF Introductory Level Test A and Test B

D2 - 2007 USDF Introductory Level Test B and 2007 USEF  Training Level Test 1

D3 - 2007 USEF Training Level 1 and Training Level 2

C and Up (required of all riders qualifying for championships)

    Training Level - Training Level 2 and 4
